Thus agricultural land is the property of the majority of the Vietnamese people and most people live in rural areas. Therefore, the economic transactions related to agricultural land is very large. To have a true evaluation about the value of the property, to avoid unnecessary risks and damages, there must be a professional valuation organizations to determine the value of assets in the transaction.
